Three steps to a clean set of books.
Consultation
A 30-minute call or office meeting to understand your business, your current records and the deadlines you are working against.
Fixed-fee proposal
A written scope with a fixed monthly or once-off fee. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices at year end.
Handover and delivery
We manage the transition from your previous accountant, register you with SARS where required, and bring you current.
Answered before the first call.
If your question is not here, send it through and you will get a direct answer from a qualified accountant, not a call-centre reply.
How are your fees structured?
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed monthly retainer or a once-off project fee after the initial consultation. You approve the scope and the fee in writing before any work begins.
Can you take over from our current accountant?
Yes. We manage the professional clearance process, request the working papers and prior submissions, and reconcile any outstanding SARS or CIPC obligations before moving forward.
Do you work with companies outside South Africa?
Yes. Our reporting experience spans several African markets, including group reporting, hyperinflationary economies and multi-currency consolidations.
Can you assist with an IRBA inspection or audit query?
We strengthen documentation, prepare technical position papers and support your team through auditor and regulator queries from planning to sign-off.
How quickly can we start?
Most engagements begin within five working days of the signed proposal. Urgent SARS deadlines are prioritised.
